Get your ticket

Hamburg Salsa Marathon is a No Refund event. You can sell your pass to another person only with the consent of the organizers. In case you can't make it and you want to sell your pass, please contact the organizers. We do not offer refunds for any personal reasons.

However you can transfer your ticket to any of our other events free of charge until one week before the event. No transfer of the ticket to other events after the deadline. 

In case the event you registered for can't be happening because of the pandemic situation, we will offer you two options regarding your tickets:

Option 1: refund of 80% of your payment in 14 days after event has been cancelled. For the remaining 20% you will receive a voucher which you can use for any of the events we are organizing. The voucher is valid for 2 years, not personal and can be sold or given away.

 In case the event can't be happening because of the pandemic situation, we will offer you two options regarding your tickets:

Option 2: move your ticket to any of the other events we are organizing: Berlin Salsacongress, Hamburg Spring Salsa, Hamburg Salsa Marathon. Additionally you will receive a voucher with a value of 20€ which you can use for Berlin Salsacongress or Hamburg Spring Salsa or give to a friend. The voucher is valid for 2 years, not personal and can be sold or given away.

If your employer does not allow you to join such an event or you would need to be forced into quarantine when returning home after the event, you can transfer your ticket to any of the events we organize until 1 week before the event. No refunds are possible for those cases. No transfer of the ticket to other events after the deadline.

 If your country of origin issues a travel warning for Germany or Hamburg in particular including the time of the event and you can not travel because of this travel warnings and mandatory quarantine at return, then we will refund 80% of your ticket value in between 14 days after the event. 

If you are tested positive for COVID-19 just before the event, then you can transfer your ticket to any of our other events free of charge. The same applies if a friend or colleague has been tested positive and you need to go into quarantine. In those case the deadline mentioned above does not need to be mind. Certificate of positive test is required.
